More waiting? It’s been nearly THREE weeks. You really know how to make a customers blood boil 😡😡 I am not looking forward to this visit now knowing he doesn’t have all of the facts from when the first engineer came TWO weeks ago and diagnosed the problem

So the engineer has just called to ask us if we have a combi boiler as the part he has for us if for this type of boiler - shouldn’t he know this already @SP_EnergyPeople @ScottishPower, and what happens if we don’t have that type?
