But now I beleive that public opinions regarding customer service of tata is very true..
Worst dealer worst customer Care..
I respect ratan sir but after that no value of customer care

No value of customer..book my vehicle on 01 March and dealer gave assurance of delivery up to 15th March but till date I am waiting for my vehicle..
And customer care of tata is very pathetic complaint no. 5-186870275282 lodged on 17 March till date no resolution..

मुख्यमंत्री जी ग्वालियर व्यापार मेला 2 महीने और उज्जैन मेला सिर्फ 40 दिन.. डीलर डीजल गाड़ियों की डिलीवरी ही ही नहीं दे आप रहे हे ईरान इजराइल युद्ध के कारण.. निवेदन हे मेला कम से कम 15 दिनों के लिए और आगे बडायें..

महोदय जरा अपने साँवेर के mpeb ऑफिस वालों पर भी ध्यान दे दो यंहा पर कुड़ाना गाँव के लाइनमेन को बिजली जाने की शिकायत करो तो जवाब देते है आप ही देख लो मुझे तो जब टाइम मिलेगा तब आऊंगा..
भले ही आप सुबह से शाम तक या पूरी रात अँधेरे मे बैठे रहो। उन्हे कोई मतलब नहीं।
