@ChairmanIOCL @IndianOilcl Since 2017, the LFR formula under Dealership Agreement Clause 8(e) remains a mystery. The clause mandates:

“The Corporation shall, however, advise the Dealer the basis or formula for the recovery of such license fee.”

Despite repeated hikes, no basis/formula has been shared, violating agreed terms. It’s time to ensure transparency and honor fiduciary responsibilities.

No response from @ChairmanIOCL on the #LicenseFeeRecovery (#LFR) formula as mandated under Clause 8(e) of the Dealership Agreement. Have escalated the matter to @HardeepSPuri, @TheSureshGopi, and @Secretary_MoPNG for necessary disclosures.

Undisclosed LFR deductions since 2017 breach contractual obligations. If unresolved, legal proceedings will follow to ensure transparency and accountability.
