Now the landlord is before the Hon'ble High Court seeking eviction of IOCL wherein Hon'ble High Court has directed @IndianOilcl @Divyamadhup Kanpur Divisional Head to file the counter within 4 weeks from 17.11.2025. But your DRH/CDRSM with the sole intent to further harass and compel the landlords for renewal of lease is not filing counter in the matter. Almost three months have passed by DRH/CDRSM Kanpur DO has not filed the counter. @IndianOilcl seems your officers have no respect for the orders passed by the Hon'ble High Court . @ChairmanIOCL Your officer at Kanpur DO @Divyamadhup is openly defying High Court orders and is increasing the amount of damages payable by @IndianOilcl for occupying the site beyond lease expiry whereas such matters should be immediately put to an end. @ChairmanIOCL it is expected of you to direct your officer @Divyamadhup to comply with the orders of the Hon'ble High Court.

@HardeepSPuri Sir now the officers of @BPCLimited @cmdbpcl have started filing false affidavits before the @PesoNagpur @pesoagra in order to get the Explosives License renewed illegally. In the instant matter a land of soldier of Indian Army @adgpi belonging to @captrahultiwari is illegally occupied by @BPCLimited and despite pendency of civil suit no. 159/2005 (filed for eviction of BPCL) before the civil judge senior division Unnao the officers of @cmdbpcl have deliberately , intentionally and purposely filed false affidavit before @pesoagra that no suit is pending in any court of law, in order to obtain renewal of the explosives license illegally.
Further in the original suit no 159/2005 @BPCLimited lost the issue of maintainability and aggrieved by which @BPCLimited has itself filed an appeal numbered 64/2017 BPCL v/s Kedarnath. In the instant appeal @BPCLimited is appellant itself. Under such circumstances how could officers of @BPCLimited file false affidavit before @pesoagra that no suit is pending in the instant matter.
@cmdbpcl This conduct of your officers does not leave any doubt on their integrity. This is not some COCO that they did it for the benefit of company(even that is illegal). This is a CODO RO and if officer has filed a false affidavit before @pesoagra then what did he get in return from the dealer is a matter of investigation now. Therefore, it is requested from @BPCLimited to take suo motu cognizance of the matter and set up an inquiry as to on what grounds such false affidavit was filed and what was the quid pro quo in the matter. In the video attached your dealer is so proud to fill a bowser from his retail outlet that he has uploaded a video on Instagram . In this video the complete profile of the dealer is visible. The bowser filled bears registration number UP 61 BT 1706 and the fuel filled is approx 832 litres and above as per the readings of dispensing unit. The bowser is clearly visible in the video. The Instagram link of the video is also being posted here as the video is likely to be deleted by the dealership after this tweet.

In another video the sales officer of @IndianOilcl can be seen imparting training of fire mock drill and in the later part of the video same Bowser is again shown . The sales officer can help identify the RO .

@PesoNagpur You are the primary Petroleum Rules enforcement authority and this kind of safety violation if allowed to reoccur may cause substantial loss of lives for which you may also be held responsible for not taking action even after bringing in your knowledge such offenses. @DirMkt_HPCL @CMD__HPCL as per your concerned DGM Mr.Suresh Kumar M , providing clean toilets is a noble cause , then why aren’t the Regional offices of @HPCL , OIL Terminals , Lube Depots etc are mandated to upload on daily basis the clean toilet photographs on a daily basis. We also want to how see much clean Toilets you maintain at your own offices including OiL Terminals. The sales at the concerned RO have not yet been unblocked and it has been more than 6 hours you have harassed mentally , emotionally and socially a more than 60 years old dealership. At @IndianOilcl , transparency and customer trust are our highest priorities. When a concern about excess fuel dispensing was raised at M/s Tajindra Traders, Karnal, on 23.09.25 evening, IndianOil immediately took action. On 24.09.25, officials from IndianOil along with the Department of Legal Metrology of Govt of Haryana thoroughly inspected the outlet.

All Dispensing Units were found to be accurate, the seals were intact, and no malpractice of chip change etc was detected. An independent committee as well as the service engineer of GVR (OEM) dispensing units further confirmed the correctness of the systems.

To ensure the highest standards of fairness, all IndianOil Retail Outlets are fully automated, providing transparent, tamper-proof, real-time monitoring of every single transaction. There are strict Marketing Disciplinary Guidelines(MDG) which can lead to termination of any outlet of a dealer if any tampering is found in either fuel quality or quantity.

It is important to clarify that the “rated capacity” of vehicle fuel tanks, as stated in user manuals, is only indicative and not the full physical volume of the tank. As per the Legal Metrology Division, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Government of India, vehicle manufacturers routinely design fuel tanks with 15–20% additional capacity beyond the rated volume. This extra capacity is intentional and serves critical safety and environmental functions, including acting as a buffer for thermal expansion to prevent leakage due to temperature variations, maintaining vapor space to reduce hydrocarbon emissions and ensure optimal engine performance, and preventing spills when vehicles are parked on uneven surfaces. During joint committee inspections, all preliminary checks have indicated no evidence of tampering.

An official circular dated 06 March 2023 from the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Government of India (copy attached), explicitly acknowledges this design practice and advises automobile manufacturers to declare conservative fuel capacities in manuals to prevent overfilling hazards, not to reflect the actual physical volume of the tank. In light of this, the dispensing of 76 liters into a tank rated at 70 liters does not constitute malpractice or meter fraud, by itself.

At IndianOil, every customer issue is treated with fairness, facts, and integrity. The customer in this particular incident, however, left the outlet without paying the fuel charges. We are also ready to extend our support to have the concerned vehicle inspected in coordination with OEM BMW Ltd to determine its exact tankage capacity and reassure the customer.

Efforts by certain social media platforms to create frenzy, confusion and fear in the minds of the consumers and spreading gross generalisations without verifying basic facts are mischievous, misleading and deeply unfortunate.
