If the community asks loud enough, they will have to answer!
@SingularityNET VIOLATES $FET GOVERNANCE RIGHTS. 🚨 🚨 🚨
Since the formation of the @ASI_Alliance, $FET holders were supposed to have the right to evaluate and select proposals under the Deep Funding program.
@SingularityNET changed that process, without any community approval, and is now disbursing funds without a community vote.
Anything but immediate reversal to the original voting paradigm is a violation of their duty to $FET holders.
This is not decentralization. It’s project founders stating they care about decentralization, while redirecting the actual governance away from token holders and back to the founders.
@HMsheikh4@bengoertzel@BrucePon
@bengoertzel@SingularityNET What a hypocrite. Out here talking about the need for decentralization, after you decided it would just be easier to strip $FET holder governance rights to vote on SNet Deep Funding proposals. You only care about decentralization when it sounds good.
It’s been two weeks since @Fetch_ai was informed of @SingularityNET violating $FET token holder governance power, by circumventing the SNet Deep Funding $FET proposal votes. Neither @HMsheikh4 nor @bengoertzel have commented. Just more proof they don’t care about the $FET community and are willing to lie and cheat at every turn. The community demands answers, yet the cosplay CEOs don’t have any.

You’re on here making it sound like all fees go to a burn address. It’s only supposed to be 1% of transactions. Plus, they haven’t performed any of the burns they were supposed to do for over a year.
I asked them if wallet sign ups for agent launch would also result in 50 FET burn and they won’t answer. They’ve completely abandoned their promise to communicate with the community. You don’t care. You acted like you do, but the last eight months show you don’t.
It’s hilarious to see @cryptoF0XXY posting about token burns when @HMsheikh4 lied to her face in their interview about token burns. She didn’t care to post about how neither https://t.co/DOMuVk6RWF nor @CUDOS_ have performed the burns they were supposed to do. How disingenuous can she be?!
@ogcbesty@Fetch_ai@PancakeSwap@BNBCHAIN If they actually follow the earn and burn announcements, for once, the 120 FET would see something like a 20% burn and there would also be a burn of some of the network fees.
@cryptoF0XXY had an interview with @HMsheikh4, the CEO of @Fetch_ai and Chairman of @ASI_Alliance, last September. @HMsheikh4 told her lie after lie, and yet she hasn’t followed up on any of it. She continues to shill a project after the CEO lied to her face. I think that shows how disingenuous @cryptoF0XXY really is. No real concern for the community.
Remember the buyback? @HMsheikh4 didn’t do that as stated.
Remember the burn that was definitely going to happen within six months? That didn’t happen.
Remember the reasoning why there was no revenue? Those were lies.
Remember how @HMsheikh4 was always willing to do AMAs, and that Niko works for the community answering questions? Neither of those are happening.
Just a bunch of lies from a man who wants to cosplay as a CEO, but isn’t even capable of doing the most basic things he commits to.
See my pinned post, or other threads on my page, for more information on these topics and more. $FET

$FET Governance Questions
One of the biggest unaddressed questions/concerns with regard to the $FET token is whether the community actually has any control over governance, or if everything is really controlled by project founders. In the wake of the @oceanprotocol exit from the @ASI_Alliance , it appears the community was left in the dark and not given the opportunity to vote when they should have. It appears @HMsheikh4 unilaterally made decisions which opened the $FET community to financial losses due to token oversupply. 🧵

Earn and burn destroying supply?? There’s no evidence they completed it! Plus, the ecosystem now has 600M tokens that are in circulation after Ocean Protocol left, and the alliance hasn’t done anything about it. No new buybacks/burns. No change to the alliance member agreements to prevent it from happening again.

@Fetch_ai Once again, Fetch claiming that they have millions of customers. Maybe they could share the number of active users they have. Every time they provide a number for anything, it appears to be manipulated upward.
Where’s the progress on positive change for token holders? They’ve not performed the burns they promised. We can’t be sure they’ve performed the buybacks. The tokenomics are a mess, and they haven’t made any changes in the seven months since OP left the alliance.
I guess maybe the developers are working, but the CEOs are asleep at the wheel.
As usual, the https://t.co/DOMuVk7pMd team fudges the numbers. Rounding up the https://t.co/fyJkqse5ld agent total from 2.81M to 3M. Just a small rounding error of 190,000 agents, which is more agents than have been added in seven months. At the current rate of adoption, it will take 15 more months to hit that 3M agent mark. $FET
There’s no reason the Clarity Act would lead to a substantial increase in $FET price. Even institutional investors would run away from an ecosystem that has over 600M excess tokens, and unresolved governance issues. The @ASI_Alliance hasn’t done anything to prevent it from happening again. That’s normal crypto risk x10.
Too bad so-called $FET “influencers” like you don’t do anything to push for improvements for the $FET community. Just shilling a token with major issues to anyone who will listen.
You could actually be part of the solution, if you actually informed people about the importance of changes, and advocated for @HMsheikh4 and @bengoertzel to stop cosplaying as CEOs and actually take action on behalf of the $FET community.
The ASI Alliance from Ocean’s Perspective
By @brucepon
People are rightly angry and frustrated. No one is a winner in this current state of unease, lack of information and transparency, and mudslinging. Ocean doesn’t see the benefit of throwing around unfounded and false allegations or the attempts to sully the reputations of the projects and people – it just damages both the ASI and Ocean communities unnecessarily.
Ocean has chosen to remain silent until now, out of respect for the ongoing legal processes. But given so many flagrant violations of decency, Ocean would like to take an opportunity to rebut many publicly voiced false allegations, libels, and baseless claims being irresponsibly directed towards the Ocean Protocol project. The false and misleading statements serve only to further inflame our community, while inciting anger and causing even more harm to the ASI and Ocean communities than is necessary.
Rather than throw unsubstantiated jabs, I would like to provide a full context with supporting evidence and links, to address many of the questions around the ASI Alliance, Ocean’s participation, and the many incorrect allegations thrown out to muddy the waters and sow confusion among our community.
This blogpost will be followed up with a claim-by-claim rebuttal of all the allegations that have been directed towards Ocean since October 9, 2025 but for now, this blog gives the context and Ocean’s perspective.
I encourage you to read it all, as it reflects months of conversations that reveal the context and progression of events, so that you can best understand why Ocean took steps to chart a separate course from the ASI Alliance. We hope the ASI Alliance can continue its work and we wish them well. Meanwhile, Ocean will go its own way, as we have every right to do.
These are the core principles of decentralization – non-coercion, non-compulsion, individual agency, sovereign property ownership and the power of you, the individual, to own and control your life.

On 10/23/2025 Ocean Protocol posted a blogpost detailing their viewpoint on what led to their exit from the ASI Alliance.
In this post, they shared details of how Ocean Protocol notified @HMsheikh4 on 4/25/2024 of their intent to leave the ASI alliance. Keep in mind, based on the dates provided earlier in this thread, this happened days before the additional 1.4B $FET were minted for the merger, and months before $OCEAN and $AGIX holders were able to convert their tokens to $FET.
They also shared statements made to them by @HMsheikh4, immediately after they notified him of their intent to leave the alliance. In one of these statements, he said:
“I will agree to forebear from commencing any legal proceedings so long as we are communicating, and so long as you do not make any public statement or any statement to any member of our respective communities about Ocean potentially breaking from ASI.”
It very much appears that @HMsheikh4 suppressed information about @oceanprotocol plans to leave the alliance early on.

https://t.co/aRDuETmit1 @Agentverse_ai AGENT CREATION SEES SHARP DECLINE 🚨 🚨
According to the https://t.co/3AO4PbYVjl website, the total number of agents in was 2.64M last October, 2.76M in January, and 2.81M now.
That was a total of 120,000 agents added in the three months from October to January. But, only 50,000 agents added in the four months from January to May.
Agent creation has dropped from an average of 40,000 per month at the end of 2025, to roughly 12,500 per month in 2026.
$FET holders have been asking for an AMA from @HMsheikh4 for six months and he hasn’t done it. This is possibly one of the reasons why.
$FET token holders can ask questions directly to the Fetch team by joining the Telegram group. If you have unanswered questions, or other feedback, ask them for an AMA.
