Hope-filled Courageous Conversation on Sunday at St Mark's The Gap with Lachlan Avent - Clinical Psychologist (GOALS Psychology). We left with straight forward and practical ideas about how we can contribute to Youth Mental Health.
@tanya_plibersek Agreed. For an artist known for whimsical, hope-filled images, this was a very grim view of humanity. Worse still, it made an absurd mockery of a very important, honest, and courageous conversation.
Disappointing. Michael Leunig clearly doesn’t understand that consent needs to be freely given and can be withdrawn at any time. Attitudes like this are part of the problem.

I get to add faith soon!
Kay - I don't have much to say because there is just too much to say.
The system interacts with other systems such as education. What your child gets is at the discretion of the school. A one stop shop would be better rather than navigating different systems and decision makers
It frustrates me that I don't know how they came up with our figure. How can I tell them when it's wrong.
I don't want to explain to a planner why I can't put my daughter on the phone - I want to speak with someone who understands complex disability
