how many times am I gonna see crap like this on Twitter? Like seriously @TeamYouTube fix this nonsense, your company would be in a much better shape if you just fixed all the problems people have been yapping about for months and months. 🙄

Today i was victim of an automated banwave by @YouTube @YouTubeCreators @nealmohan .
Channels that i own and have absolutely nothing to do with anything sexual in any way have been banned, i appealed and the appeal got rejected in a stupidly low span of time claiming it was "manually" reviewed by "humans".
I did contact the live support of youtube only to be talking with a bot who claims to be human and spam me with the same automated response the ban email gave me, the problem with AI is that it cannot rationalize context a way a human can. The bot who claimed to be human saw absolutely nothing wrong with a gaming channel being fully deleted off the platform for nudity because in some old videos i posted years ago i had my linktree in the description which redirected to my other social media at the time, which linktree i dont even use anymore. ( AND OBVIOUSLY IT MAKES MORE SENSE TO DELETE THE CHANNEL OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH RATHER THAN a) automatically remove the link or whatever content may have been the issue, b)add a warning to the channel, c) have some sort of "this content is problematic" until u fix it your channel wont be visible, kinda similar to what instagram does)

So the bot kept spamming the exact same sentence of " the channel was reviewed and wont be reinstated" until it eventually just kicked me out of the conversation. I am creator with millions of subscribers and yet i fully struggle to get in contact with anyone to fix what should have been a minute worth of work since its clearly a mistake, i can't even imagine what being a smaller creator on the platform must feel like when you become a victim of their AI moderation and seek help, the fact that a human won't bother even looking at your case unless it blows up on X or your lawyer contacts their legal department is borderline criminal and unacceptable. Of course i wasn't the only one who fell victim to this new update, countless other creators from many niches have the exact problem, its the same problem youtube had past year with the AI slop and the "deceptive practises and spam policy" an endless number of innocent creators who had their entire livelihood shuttered because of someone that thought giving AI the power to instant delete channels and make decisions was a great idea.

Since a kid i dreamt of becoming a content creator and quite frankly making youtube videos is one of my very very few joys in my life since entertaining people and making them happy fulfills me, its a shame that the platform i loved so much has become this. Im one of the few people who re-invests 90% of what i make but into content just because of how much i love it and how passionate i am for it, this sunday was supposed to be my comeback to the platform with a 1 hour long video that i spent thousands on and put in endless hours of editing it myself, seems like that might not be happening since im unsure about my future on the platform at this point until everything gets resolved, truly a shame, i encourage you to tag the accounts i already tagged here with the hope of a real human(if there is any left working at youtube at this point) see's this and fixes this mess

Lemme get this straight. Despite the fact that video was released 5 days ago and it was already pushed in the algorithm, now you "take action"? Why? And also it's a false takedown?

@RealSchlep @TeamYouTube Unfortunately, this has been happening to random creators every single day and you can't even predict when will it happen because it's so random, I got a strike for harassment and the appeal got rejected within 4 minutes.

@DeepHumor Even better ex: when someone just got the requirements to get money from his videos and then he cant apply due to the strike that was caused by youtube's AI moderation.
