@Plusnet I've an engineer booked sometime this morning to fix the broadband into the house. The text message says I can track this on the Plusnet Member Centre app, but I can't find any such app on the Play Store. Is there any way to check when they might turn up?
Someone is impersonating @sainsburys customer support to obtain personal information. The branding is very similar but not identical. They contacted me when I posted a complaint on the Sainsburys a/c. I nearly fell for it, but they went silent when I queried giving my phone no.
@sainsburys I posted a complaint about the smartshop app here earlier & got private message from an a/c with Sains-like branding, labeled as Online Support. They asked about my complaint & then asked for my email address & WhatsApp number. I'm sure this was a phishing attempt.
This was an unneccearily long and confusing experience for 4 pints of milk. Why must I suddenly use Google Pay this time, with no explanation? I've never used it before, as far as I know.
@sainsburys, I went to a local to get milk on my personal Nectar price. 1st, the tiny QR store code was hidden in the shelf stickers. 2nd, I was suddenly forced to use Google Pay to use the app; no warning or get-out. 3rd, why call it an 'exit' code when it's the same as the 1st?
@Cardiffbus That's an unexpected and confusing output. When I've asked for a single journey I'd expect to be shown a single fare as default, with maybe a return fare as an option. No other journey planner I've used behaves that way. Why would anyone think that was a good idea?
@Cardiffbus Your website says a single ticket is £2.50 within Cardiff, but the journey planner says a ticket from the CRI to UHW is £5. Please can you explain. Are there no single fares any more?
@marksandspencer I hear good news about better chicken welfare for your fresh and ingredient chicken. How about the cooked chicken range? Sometimes we just want a bit of chicken for a salad or sarnie. I try hard to not eat low welfare meat, but ready to eat is where it's hardest.
@sainsburys This has been in my fridge since I bought it. 6 days left on the use by date and it's covered in mould already. I was looking forward to this tonight. 😕
@BootsUK Thanks for your assistance with this issue. The store sorted a replacement quickly and easily, and the assistant in the Albany Road store was very helpful. Tbh, I expected a straight 'no' to an exchange, so I'm very pleased.
@BootsUK Hi. I placed an online order in January for 2 jars of Botanics All Bright Day Cream. It takes me a long time to get through a jar and I've only just opened the second one only to realise it's Night Cream. It's not what I ordered. How can I get it exchanged now?
@Plusnet my network has gone down every day this week. It's come back up again after a few hours but this is getting ridiculous. There's no other information than 'a network problem in your area' (SE Cardiff).
