@MartinSLewis Thousands affected by belt failure at Heathrow on Friday arriving at destinations without cases .. no clear updates .. personally i flew Friday back last night and despite advising them my cases were sent there last night.. now canโt tell me when I will receive if at all

@British_Airways follow up call to your customer service team who allege no knowledge of my call yesterday advising Iโm back in uk and not send the cases to my holiday destination.. although your customer service team at Heathrow advised theyโre aware and will send to my home๐๐
