@ElyannaLopez04 Wow it is no doubt that when it comes to money, a corporation or platform will put aside the ideals they claim they stand for. It’s hard to trust social media apps nowadays. #BeachSMC

@jenncrrsc This is very true, many influencers have the attention of very young kids who literally don’t know any better and could be heavily influenced by the actions of these social media influencers. We have no way to tell if what they promote is genuine. #BeachSMC

@OtaDaniel “… we have only a distant relationship to our own authentic preferences”. This is so interesting because it seems we are only fed these recommendations and subconsciously made to like them. I wonder if part of what I think I like is because the internet told me I do. #BeachSMC
