@KotakCares was supposed to get the new debit card in November 2025 but never received it. We kept getting "your card is on the way" messages. We called many times and even went to a branch but no one resolved this issue. Never experienced this level of dismal customer service.
@AkasaAir I booked a Flexi return ticket (Pune -Bengaluru) but I only see free seats on Pune to Bengaluru leg. Even with the Flexi fare, I need to pay extra for Bengaluru - Pune flight. Why is that? What's the point of getting a Flexi ticket then?
@IndiGo6E for a Flexi Plus ticket costing 44K, why are you charging 18K cancellation fee? What's the point of choosing your Flexi Plus if you plan to rip off customers? The departure date is Nov. 14. More than a month away. You need to give an explanation for this in detail.
@TATAAIGIndia I submitted claim docs via email per your instructions but never received an acknowledgement. It's been 2 days. If you tell customers to submit docs on time, you should have the decency to send acknowledgement. If I have to call you to confirm, what's the point?
@TK_HelpDesk I paid for a 'Preferred Seat' on Flight 720 leaving on Jul 8 due to a knee injury. I received an email saying that it has been changed due to operational reasons but I still see my Preferred Seat in your app. Why is that? I need a seat in the front for my injury.

@hdfcmf I received my new folio and created user ID / pw per instructions. When I log in, I'm redirected to 'create a folio' instead of seeing my recently opened folio. Why is that?
@airfrance my seat was changed without notice for an upcoming flight. I am trying to choose another seat, but I can't see the seat map because, apparently, there's some payment pending. Can you explain why this is happening when I paid the ticket price in full?
@delhivery@help_delhivery I had a return scheduled by the vendor. Your staff refused to accept my package because he didn't know the package was big and put down an update saying I was not home. I asked for a callback, but nothing. This is some pathetic service.
@KotakCares@KotakBankLtd I don't have access to my money in another country. I can't call your "customer service" because my Indian number is unavailable. Without a warning, how do you block my card and THEN my account when I have been traveling since Apr 17 with the same card? WORST "service".
@KotakCares I'm traveling in the US & my debit card has been blocked without warning. I turned on the Intl. card controls & used the same card in Mexico for 1 month. There was no "fraudulent activity" email from you. Now the app is also blocked. Can you explain? @KotakBankLtd
@bookingcom I was charged for a booking but canceled it (within the free cancellation window). The customer rep said I'd get the refund in a few days. I did receive it, but not fully. I'm $70 short. Support has not responded for 3 days. Why haven't I gotten the full amount?
