Hi @jetblue we did everything to avoid airline delays. Booked early AM flight. Stayed in a hotel at the airport. Only to board plane and find out mechanical issues? On a plane that was at JFK 7hrs before our flight. We took off 4hrs late. EXTREMELY disappointed in this airline.
