We have 4, ages 6 to 15. I’ll tell you the exhaustion and “always going” lifestyle doesn’t really change. Littles become bigs with different needs/demands. There is no trick, but healthy choices help, and keeping a positive attitude. Your wife will likely take a larger role than you and will suffer burnout sooner and the challenge will become making sure you manage your relationship first, your self care second, and the kids third.
