2. Hong Kong ATM withdrawals restricted.
3. Reserve Bank of India ordered PMC Bank to restrict withdrawals to not exceed Rs 1000 ($USD 14).
4. @ecb will ‘restart’ quantitative easing measures.

Why would someone not have some $BTC?

[hodlonaut @hodlonaut]

Another block was just found.

12.5 BTC less to be mined before the final cap.
Yes, final.

And one block closer to the reward halving.

Scarcity is coming.

Nobody became wealthy quickly due to diversifying their investments. You know why the wealthiest people tend to be entrepreneurs & their heirs? They focused and risked all their resources on one specific opportunity. Diversification preserves wealth; concentration builds it.

Just run a test with peak load of 100 TPS of ZK transactions on ETH mainnet. We could do more but hit the limit by consuming the entire capacity of DigitalOcean's largest suitable servers (next time AWS). Block explorer: https://t.co/LV1MA5m789

Bad news: the Lightning Network is not well suited for large, random destination, infrequent sends. Good news: the Blockchain is good at that. Best news: with submarine swaps, splicing, fallback addresses: on and off-chain can seamlessly work together to efficiently move bitcoins

[Riccardo Casatta @RCasatta]

In the bitcoin blockchain output amounts are about 8.49GB, if serialized as bitcoin varint they could be 4.96GB, if serialized as 7 bit varint they could be 3.65GB

"I generated an offline transaction with my satnode, signed it with a hardware wallet, and broadcast it to my local mesh network. The transaction was included in a block, beamed down from space, and my satnode verified it. Electrum Wallet displayed the transaction as confirmed!"

Remember when Lightning was never going to ship?
Remember when no one would run routing nodes because of the government?
Remember when it was impossible to write a graph pathfinding algorithm?
Remember when no one would want to try using LN because it’s complicated?

Soon Bitcoin's inflation rate will be the lower than any form of money in human history.
