@eliseoras We’ve started a pattern of becoming landlords when we move (twice now) in the Midwest. It’s worked out great for us. Relatively neutral on cash flow, but the tenant pays down the mortgage while the 2ndary property appreciates.

@jeffreystrauss Hopefully, this isn’t pedantic. With POST, the client should provide the full resource, and can, therefore, be idempotent. If the _exact_ same resource exists, it should send a 200. If they are different in any way, I’d send a 409.
