@ashleyschendel Pretty sure he was more worried about the exposure to male genitals than cleanliness. Men's BRs dont have the privacy that womens do.
There was no one in the womens bathroom at the time they went in. Someone wanted to use it later & had a fit that she had to wait.

@viven_a_reir @herchosenpath No one has to wait unless they just dont feel comfortable. Given the situation, it wouldn't bother me. He had 2 girls that need help, he made sure no one was in there before him & his daughter's went in. Id rather that then 2 little girls be exposed to the men's room.

@GuertlerThomas @t_sadiity Most of the cities Ive worked in as a social worker, section 8 had a 1+ year waiting list & as housing now takes most of a family's income, that's been a huge problem. Although I do agree that usually when a child is removed theres a lot more going on than just being poor.

@Alonso_GD There are phones like that already. But thwy arent usually offered by phone carriers. Also for just about every phone model there is, there's a reddit page dedicated to how to get around the parental controls.

@MarvelTeacher2 Parents dont like it either. It undermines us when we explain the academic impact & consequences just for the school just erases them. Then in the kid's mind parents look unreasonable for enforcing home consequences for something the school doesn't seem care about.

@badgers_back Also dont trust that because you set them up, the controls are still there. Kids have ways around parental control. There's entire redit pages dedicated to it. We did the same with our kids, but had a rough time with 1 kid. Constantly had to update our own knowledge to keep ahead

@LeeoraEl @Melissampt @newstart_2024 Everyone has 2 eye color genes that they can pass down. 1 from their mom & 1 from dad. Your mom received a blue eye gene and a brown eye gene. Brown is dominant so that's what her eye color is, but she still has the ability to pass the blue eye gene to her kids.

@RealWayneDupree Tickets and concessions for a family of 5 is expensive. Plus rise in grocery prices, gas & electric bill has eaten up our "fun money." And if I just wait a few months I can just watch it at home where we can pause when someone needs a bathroom break.

@unusual_whales If they did something terrible, I would rather we just prosecute and sentance them like any other citizen. I dont like the government having the power to just strip citizenship away from anyone the choose.

@GizmosSpace3 My anecdotal and not scientific at all experience is that I have a few family members who stopped watching fox news and were back to normal within a few months of cutting out the news. Its like once disconnected from the source of propaganda the mind starts to heal
