@O2 WORST customer service ever. No complaints department, hours on hold, can’t speak to a manger for 24hrs, team members refusing to give you their name and no direct number to customer service. 9 days and still not sorted issue. Avoid o2!
@easyJet I’ve changed browsers, cleared history, caches.
I’ve signed in/out, different payment.NOTHING WORKS.
I called & they changed the flights their end & it was going to cost £250 MORE than the online price! So I said I couldn’t afford that and he said there was nothing he could do.
@easyJet Help! I’ve tried over 20 times to change my flights for tomorrow morning and keep getting this error! I was waiting till last min to change them to December but you still haven’t realised the flights and won’t tell me when. Hence last min. Please advise!!
