@dudubalacubaco Arrumar alguém agora não é garantia nenhuma, viu. A pessoa pode passar anos com vc e chegar lá na frente e te deixar por alguém mais novo
I remember some PBS Kids show telling me to "punch your pillow" as a way to safely let out your frustration when I was like 5yo and I tried it for 2s before realizing how gay and anti-cathartic it was. Yet you see this all the time in primal scream therapy, or those foid-away camps where women beat at the ground with big sticks and scream the name of the guy who wronged them, or those manosphere retreats where bald guys cry in each others arms.
None of this feels good. You know you're just throwing a big baby tantrum. There is no "releasing" the trauma you've been "carrying" through some physical pantomime. Moreover, this isn't "doing whatever it takes" for your kids because your kids are cowering in another room, minds racing to figure out what they've done to trigger you this time, praying that mommy will be OK. You're raising them to walk on eggshells and never feel safe in their own home. And for the gram, no less. An act of such pure self-indulgence it could only be conceived of in Current Year.
