@northernassist how can the train be at the platform at Leeds early for 18.30 departure to Garforth, the doors don’t open, and then an announcement be made at 18.33 that the train is cancelled due to lack of crew? Surely you must have known in advance you have no crew!
@O2 after lots of calls and emails with your complaint / resolution team and confirmation that my contract was cancelled within the cooling off period (two months ago), why am I receiving texts and emails asking me to set up a direct debit again?
@TicketmasterCS I have been using your online Chat facility for over a week trying to get a refund for an event that has been postponed by a year. The only response I keep getting is ‘thank you for your patience, we will come back to you within 3 days’. It’s been 7 days!
@TicketmasterCS Agents do reply saying they will look into my query and come back to me within 3 days. It’s not a query I want a refund so not sure what they need to look into. 🤷♀️
