Someone severed a Fios feeder line Wednesday evening. It’s a bundle of 400 cables and each line has to be spliced _by hand_
The issue also started with 1 ticket and now is on a 2nd with the original closed, which may mean it became more complicated

If we’re having an outage due to a cut feeder line, how come our directly adjacent neighbor, who also has Fios (like us), has service and we don’t?
We tried to call Tech Support and ask, but your ‘24 Hour Tech Support’ said it was outside business hours???
To be clear, @VerizonSupport, we’re not saying we don’t believe you.
It’s just that a cut feeder line is usually a neighborhood wide outage, and our Internet was flaky in the hours before this happened, so we’re concerned it’s also a local issue.

We’re having an issue with your ‘24/7 Technical Phone Support’ absolutely not being 24/7, and an outage with a constantly pushed out restoration time with no additional update.

Telling Customer Service to cite how long orders are visible in their system _actively deceives_ customers into thinking there is a longer turnaround time to report wrong orders.
It's especially problematic if the wrong item was something posing me a health risk.
