@TKMaxx_UK I had always been extremely careful with my phone as I had a lot of important things on it, and being robbed in your store - I don’t think I will ever go to your store again... It will bring back the shock I experienced! Do better @TKMaxx_UK Oxford Street!!!

I was at your store, women’s section on Wednesday the 26th of November, between 6.30 and 7pm. Within this time, whilst I was trying to get dresses, I was robbed in your store!

@TKMaxx_UK You should have a clear sign in your store that states that ‘there may be pick pockets in your / our store in oxford street’. Just this statement can help a lot of people be on guard.

@TKMaxx_UK I mentioned my ordeal to a few people about my trauma and the unanimous response was - ohh TK Maxx Oxford Street is notorious for pick pockets! Allegedly!! @TKMaxx_UK

@TKMaxx_UK My question is - what is the point of having CCTV in your store, when you can’t use it to find thieves that steal from customers in your store? Why did your security behave nonchalantly and could not be bothered to make an effort to check the CCTV?

@TKMaxx_UK For the rest of my evening and up until this point, I still feel shocked down my spine, how someone could move my outer jacket, slid their hand in my inner jacket – and took my phone- which was supposedly close to my body.

@TKMaxx_UK I left my trolley and dashed to EE, where they were kind to quickly suspend my sim, and swapped for a new one.

@TKMaxx_UK One of your staff - a male, was quite helpful to get on the call immediately to get security…. the security told him they were busy and couldn’t check the cctv nor attend to me.

@TKMaxx_UK I put my hand in my inner jacket and my phone was gone! I stood for 10 seconds in shock as I realized my personal bodily space had been invaded. It was even more shocking that this did not happen on the road of Oxford street but happened at your store – @TKMaxx_UK .

@TKMaxx_UK I wore an inner jacket and a longer outer jacket (long maroon Arc’teryx), and whilst I made my way round the cloth rack, listening to low-volume music on my Bluetooth, it suddenly went off.

@WorldRemit Please all - beware of this account ; @airlines_ask . they are the ones that scammed me. They are not legitimate. If you have refund issues insist with @flyethiopian email channel to send your flight refund. @flyethiopian needs to do better with their social media .

I got scammed by people that used @flyethiopian's logo. simply because @flyethiopian is making things difficult with refunding me on a flight I can no longer take . Have a look at the attached images at the fake account. Stay safe out there people.

The scammers used @WorldRemit for the scam. Once I observed what was happening, I tried to cancel, it was too late. I tried to call their call center, It rang endlessly.
I reached out to @WorldRemit via their facebook channel - my message still hasn't been read since yesterday

@_ethiopian_air I did - and lost almost 2000GBPS. I am collating a long email to send to your company now. If the airline had refunded me, I wouldn't have ended up being scammed by a company that uses your logo and claims to be your customer care channel.

@flyethiopian - I have a quick question. Why is it so difficult to get a refund on flight ticket that had refund protection cover from your airline? I really need advice here, and I need my refund too. Many Thanks 😊
