@Ledger_Support how am I supposed to send funds if the device doesnt work. That was the problem in the first place. I contacted your company on twitter for help since I cant type on the bot and I was scammed. Because the device is faulty and there is no customer support I lost everything.

if you want to protect your crypto dont by a ledger. Mine stopped working shortly after I bought it. They have no customer support. No way to email them. Their chatbot doesnt work and the only people who respond to you are scammers.

Your company has no means of contact besides a chatbot that doesnt allow you to type. WHat happens if they have our phrase.
