In 2013, my great friend & director Mark Craig asked Gene Cernan - the last human to walk on the lunar surface - what words he had for the next astronauts to go to the Moon. And here they are, in tribute to @NASA's Artemis II crew & those that will follow. Please watch with volume up.

On 5th March 1936, Supermarine Spitfire prototype K5054 made its first flight from Southampton Aerodrome. Happy 90th birthday to an icon of the skies, and huge and eternal thanks to those who created, supported and flew her.
For #BattleOfBritain we remember ‘The Few’. Eighty-five years on, the RAF’s aircraft have changed but the spirit's the same. Many thanks to the producers of the 2018 film #Spitfire. Aerial photography by John Dibbs.

💂♀️ 🎵 Today, the Band of the Coldstream Guards played the Battle of Britain March and the Royal Air Force March Past during Changing the Guard at Buckingham Palace in honour of John "Paddy" Hemingway, the last surviving Battle of Britain pilot who died on Monday at the age of 105.
Honouring Paddy Hemingway DFC, the 'Last of The Few'. Now the memories of that great battle reside in our histories and not the minds of men.
Blue Skies, Sir.
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of John ‘Paddy’ Hemingway DFC – Last of ‘The Few’. We reflect not only on his sacrifices, but the sacrifices of all those who served & fought in WWII.
Paddy, thank you for your service.

To celebrate the birthday of the Spitfire, here is a sublime image take by John Dibbs for our 2018 documentary. We made our film in honour of all those who designed, built, flew and supported this icon of the skies in defence of precious freedoms.
⭐️⭐️NEWS⭐️⭐️ Mark Craig's remarkable new film APOLLO 1 premieres at the Boulder International Film Festival in March.
Mark directed the much loved @LastManOnMoon & this new film grew out of the connections he made then. Haviland Digital is proud to be involved
Great news. Our film STARMAN will premiere at SXSW in March. It’s about the extraordinary Gentry Lee and the exploration of the Solar System. Directed by Oscar-nominated Robert Stone, I am privileged to be a producer. https://t.co/zeDxGpnKWj.
55 years ago #Apollo11 opened a new door to the human future.
We're proud to have supported 3 major docs that celebrate that moment, telling the stories of an extraordinary team, the perfect astronaut, & the whole space race.
Available across streaming platforms. Enjoy.
Sending love and condolences to the family and friends of the pilot of Spitfire MK356 and the whole @BBMF and @RAFConingsby Family. Per Ardua Ad Astra.
We're sad to hear John Bell has passed away.
We interviewed John in 2018 & he described dropping a Tallboy bomb on the V2 bunker at Wizernes, France.
“I watched it all the way down ... [it] suddenly exploded alongside the dome ... and I shouted out BULLSEYE!”
80 years ago, Operation Chastise, more usually known as the Dambusters Raid, was underway.
Here is Johnny Johnson speaking about that remarkable operation.
