@Barclays you are a shambles. Your app & online goes rogue on the day the s/e need to pay their tax bill. What’s your stance if HMRC charge a fine for late payment which is 100% due to your system failure?
@Barclays you really need to re-visit your customer contact strategy. You bang on about scammers/phishing, yet expect me to go thru security (I.e. divulge personal data) before you can discuss what you are calling for. Some 0208 number at 5pm today.
