@AirIndiaX Charged ₹6k (@AirIndiaX IX2017) at the gate under the guise of "gate/cabin baggage," but the staff threw our bags straight into the cargo hold anyway! Unfair to extort a premium cabin fee for a standard cargo service. Looking for a fair refund.

@AirIndiaX Two ruck sacks 8kg each.
We could have easily accomodated rucksacks as cabin baggage  and paid for one laptop bag.

But staff took advantage of the situation and charged us for two rucksacks..that too were not kept in cabin. It was kept in cargo hold only.

@AirIndiaX We were forced to pay ₹6,000 (₹3k/bag) under the guise of "gate/cabin baggage charges" for 2 rucksacks. The catch? The bags weren't even allowed in the cabin! They were thrown straight into the cargo hold. Charging premium cabin fees for standard cargo service?
