@MikedAlamo@theo_bruv God is just in condemning our unbelief if we are doing so willingly, meaning we have the ability to positively/negatively respond to the gospel. But if due to His decree some die in unbelief, how is it just to condemn for something He did? That’s where I struggle
@theo_bruv I’m just having a hard time understanding how God remains pure and just while He blames people for not repenting and believing when in reality, the reason they don’t is because He decreed they wouldn’t.
@CalvinistGoku@ThugLifeCalvin I can’t justly blame someone they have no power to do. Would I blame a 3 year old for not being able to give a scholarly speech? No of course not because they’re unable to do so, that wouldn’t be just. So if we can’t, why can God?
@CalvinistGoku@ThugLifeCalvin If you say so, I just don’t see how it is just for God to blame us for not repenting and believing when in reality He’s the one who caused us to not repent and believe. (I am a believer btw, i just find Calvinism utterly appalling)
@CalvinistGoku@ThugLifeCalvin Blaming/condemning someone for something they are unable to do is unjust, pure and simple, any rationally thinking human being would agree. It’s even worse when God blames people for decisions He makes for them.
@CalvinistGoku@ThugLifeCalvin If God grants repentance and faith, and man is truly unable to do both, why does He condemn those who do not repent and believe? Why does He condemn for something He did? He decreed the unrepentance and unbelief
@BaptistClips The fact that this poll has any “no’s” on it is rather repulsive and very telling of what many “Christians” believe. All who come to Christ will be saved, regardless of sin. Idc who you are, Christ will save any and all who come to Him regardless of who they are.
@ReptheKing76@RisingDisciples So then why are they judged for refusing to come to Christ if they are unable to? Why are they judged for their blindness if they are born unable to? It is unjust for God to judge someone for something they were born unable to do, pure and simple.
@RisingDisciples Calvinism is one of the deadliest cancers to ever infiltrate the church. It is an erroneous doctrine that was taught first by a former gnostic which significantly departed from early church teaching. Calvinism portrays an unjust God, pure and simple.
@zzGodSpeed@SJonNantucket@zachbollinger18@Ejmiller25 You must be new. They have Jeremiah Jackson, who had a heck of a time last year in the limited time he saw. Ridiculous trade when your bullpen is in shambles
@PigTownSports I SWEAR….if Elias trades Westburg or Holliday, I will never watch another orioles game again. He is single handedly destroying this team. If he isn’t fired by the deadline…..my goodness what a fool he is
@SJonNantucket@zachbollinger18@Ejmiller25 News flash Einstein they have no need for him, no need whatsoever. They got Holliday and Westburg, and they ain’t going anywhere. This is the most boneheaded move I’ve ever witnessed
@zachbollinger18 This is a puzzling absolutely puzzling move. In a bullpen with more questions than answers, Elias trades away a solid arm for ANOTHER INFIELDER!!!!!! WTF!!!!!!!!!
