@LGIndia It’s been more than 2 months requesting a return for a product that doesn’t work as advertised by your sales team. No checks were performed prior to installation by your team. Blaming it on water supply as confirmed it is well below 2000 TDS.

@LGIndia Simply blaming it on source water quality does not excuse what is happening. Your machine does not work as per the statements and promises made by your sales team, on the basis of these promises I purchased this water purifier.

@LGIndia It does not work. Why were these specifications not mentioned on the website or by your sales team? Why was I promised 90% TDS reduction up to 2000 TDS? Why is a two-year-old LG filter working while the new one is failing? Why wasn’t the water quality checked before installation?
