Missing the old way you could book @Uber_India cabs at the IG Aiport Delhi. Most people usually book an Uber Go, but now if you book one out of the airport to anywhere - you will be met by an Uber exec telling you to wait 20 minutes or book a premium and leave immediately. (1/n)
I remember speaking to a driver right when this system was introduced - and him saying how unfair it has become for them to have no say in choosing riders now. I don’t know the actual economics of this business model, but I sure hope this loss of agency is….(3/n)
