In Feb 2019 (pre-Covid) we completed 3235 appointments. In Feb 2021 we did 4565. That’s a 41% increase. We have also done nearly 5000 vaccinations this year. We are trying to respond to EVERY patient who needs us, but please be patient if we are busier than normal.

@HSJEditor @MattHancock In Bradford, IT and WiFi doesnt support video consultations. GPs used personal phones and data during Covid as was national emergency. Unacceptable for this to be longterm solution for routine care.
