#WPSYY3 had an amazing day at Howsham Mill! In the morning, we carried out 5 tests to show that soil is made of living things. We then got to make s’mores over the fire! In the afternoon, we conducted a rock investigation to find the hardest rock out of our samples. #WPSYScience

After lunch, we looked at properties of different rocks to find which would be best for a new footpath. We carried out three tests and eliminated the weakest rock each time. What a great day! #WPSYY3 #WPSYScience #HowshamMill
