@colleen_daves I would highly reccomend it! Any kind of physical therapy too— I was nervous for the actual pelvic floor treatment and focused more on my hips and back. But it’s made a huge difference in my chronic pain and overall mobility

@colleen_daves Have you ever tried physical therapy? I have joint hypermobility syndrome and pelvic floor issues and seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist has been awesome! She’s taught me so much about how to align my pelvis and help reduce the strain on my hips— it’s been a game changer
