This specific building didn't leave stilt for parking, built 6th floor. Occupied drive area with cafeteria.

Almost 14-15 hrs some noise near by canteen, e.g. air compressor running, sewage water plant, pungent smell etc.,

Unless they commit a mistake, they won't run away like this.

I request concerned authorities to take action against them and please save the residential colony
