Now that Haryana like most states has amended civil services rules to make CSAT exam exam as qualifying in nature on lines of UPSC Civil Services Examination. I urge @BhagwantMann & our PPSC to amend PCS Rules & to take required steps to fulfill demands of aspirants-Khaira

As all states have already made CSAT as qualifying nature in their PCS exams, only PB is lagging behind.
Moreover AAP itself has supported CSAT movement back in 2014
Now they’re in power, its time to walk the talk.I hope @BhagwantMann will fulfill this genuine demand of our youth
