@Ryanair you’ve lost 2 regular customers today. Haven’t had decent service from you in my last 3 trips on any of the flights & currently stranded in Rome, with a thick head cold & only been given a small warm bottle of water and an inedible sandwich. No updates. Terrible service.
@NianticHelp and if I can’t get my daily rewards and research stamp because of this I assume you’ll sort that out for me right? I’m at the end of the wire on this. Feels like I’m complaining to you more often than playing these days. My bf on google has no such problems.
@NianticHelp If you aren’t providing the same level of customer support to UK customers I can assume we get a discount in the game do we? Or are you asking us to supplement your US customers experience?

@NianticHelp you really need to acknowledge the people asking for help with PTC login *now*! Are you even doing anything about it?! This happens all the time to PTC and never google. Give us the option to transition our accounts or I never spend another penny in your game.
