@FatehZid@jasmineinux I see product design as encompassing all aspects of a product, digital or otherwise, and UX design is more specifically related to items which a user interacts with directly. UX is a subset of product which requires specific skills to get right. Other areas need other skills.
Looks to me like Meta learned from the Twitter fiasco. While layoffs suck, at least the way it is being communicated openly seems fairer, and the package seems pretty reasonable. At least, the US package seems to be, compared to others I've seen.
@b0rk I try to think what assumptions or thinking led to the bug or conditions where the bug was possible and see if there is room for improvement there.
@timmisiak Working at a global Cybersecurity company as an Escalation Tech Lead, the Escalation Engineers here have a broadly similar role. We are the bridge between Tech Support and the Dev teams. We also help Support Eng to build skills so they have to Escalate less.

@NicolaiBuchwitz They need better consultants, using Mikrotik gear is a plus, leaving it open like this and using it for what is essentially Enterprise WiFi a massive minus.
