I don't see how a must-finish-N-stories "Sprint Goal" does anything at all useful for anybody, at least not if you have any pretense of agility. Everything from effort to "value" makes no difference. You won't know the value (or the effort) until after you deliver. ↓
Running tSQLt tests without the transaction is now possible. This allows for example testing of SSIS packages. It also allows you to shoot yourself in the foot. So, go gently.
Great session today. Loved everyone's questions at #PASSDataCommunitySummit. It seems a lot of people want to use #tSQLt on #AzureSQL DB. Let's upvote this @Microsoft feedback item: https://t.co/2kr3tdhXBA
@EdDebug It Is the fans. Just went through the same thing (without the keyboard). It’s a night&day difference since cleaning them. If you’re comfortable, open it up (make sure you get instructions online first). Air-cans just blow stuff in deeper and you risk condensation. #macperformance

@MSSQLServerDBA Thanks, @MSSQLServerDBA. I have tried the demo - it wasn't convincing enough. I need something else - preferably an article or @SQLServer documentation that leaves no room for doubt.
#sqlhelp, looking for a convincing article: I have 2 tables in 2 different DBs but with the same name (db1.dbo.tbl & db2.dbo.tbl). I also have an SSP db1.dbo.sp1 that SELECT * FROM dbo.tbl; When calling EXEC db1.dbo.sp1; while being connected to db2, which table is accessed?
Confirmed: The DNS records that tell systems how to find https://t.co/qHzVq2Mr4E or https://t.co/JoIPxXI9GI got withdrawn this morning from the global routing tables. Can you imagine working at FB right now, when your email no longer works & all your internal FB-based tools fail?
