Either A: bestbuys stock of logitech mice are all faulty. B: logitechs g903 all have shaky scroll wheels. or C: out of the thousands of g903s sold, the two I got happened to be messed up (less likely than winning the lottery back to back)

@LogitechG @BestBuy @BestBuySupport @Logitech I recently purchased a g903 from bestbuy, and the scroll wheel was shaky and loose when moving the mouse. I thought it was just an issue with that one item so I returned it and bestbuy was nice enough to give me a different one

I just opened the second one a few minutes ago, and the mouse still has the same issue. I am aware of the two different scroll wheel modes, but it is still happening on both modes. I created a support ticket 2 weeks ago, and was unable to get help.

@finalmouse finally got my ultralight pro yesterday, but the scroll wheel rattles whenever I move the mouse and the front left mouse skate is somehow not placed properly and is peeling off. any fix?
