@airfrance as you see, Air france Canada is non responsive, even on Twitter. I have made two complaints, spoke to over 5 agents. No one knows what they are doing. My flight is in one day and my ticket has not been modified. I am losing more than just one ticket. And it's on you.
@AirFranceCA needs some help with its customer support. The staff does not know how to send emails, how to modify a ticket, or how to resolve errors on their computer, or how to connect to other department or how to ask help from superiors (if they have any).
According to them they don't know anyone else in another department and they cannot resolve customer queries. They have not been able to send an email in last 20 days. Heights of incompetence. Silently watching students lose money.
