@itvMLshow what are consumer rights on faulty jewellery. 5 months after after purchase of engagement ring a small diamond fell out. Informed it was due to a knock but finally agreed to repair as goodwill. 4 weeks later stone fallen out again. Any advice please 🙏🏼

@Tesco I refuse to pay an additional cost for delivery for not meeting the £40 minimum spend. I'm not sure what's been ordered but I complete my order the day before. I need what's on there already so don't want a refund but will be claiming back any additional charges !
