@DeliverooHelp ordered a pizza and your driver asked us for the o Der number. He then dropped the pizza out of the box on our driveway. He said he'd get us a replacement yet he never did. I asked you to refund us and you're claiming you don't have to refund . 1/2

as we gave him the order number. That's wrong. We paid for a product that was not delivered through your driver's own fault. We are entitled to a refund under the Sale of Goods Act. Please contact me to resolve ASAP
