An interesting statement from @unisontheunion following the Darlington nurses tribunal.

Their mainly female membership should pay VERY close attention.

They are effectively stating that they are not at all interested in defending women’s sex-based rights in the workplace.

Unison are ideologically captured and rendered useless to their female members.

The law & the EA hadn’t changed. The Supreme Court ruling in April clarifies the law not made it. If organisations like stonewall & gendered intelligence miss-sold what the law was that is 100% their fault. Not women’s, who just want back their spaces, safeguarding & sports. Blame those responsible for selling the lie that you can magically change sex. Or force others to believe that lie. You can’t!
