Alors que certains veulent rouvrir le débat sur la GPA, voir des personnalités de gauche et de droite signer ensemble une tribune affirmant que la GPA « éthique » n'existe pas est un signal fort.

C'est exactement l'esprit de la @CasaDeclaration que je représente : dépasser les clivages pour défendre les femmes et les enfants.

Merci notamment à @davidlisnard et @laurossignol d'avoir le courage de tenir la ligne sur ce sujet.

Il reste un grand espoir pour la France : maintenir le cap comme une grande nation qui protège les plus vulnérables plutôt que de les livrer au marché. En avant pour 2027.

On June 3️⃣, Ordo Iuris and Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw are hosting an international conference: "Motherhood in the 21st Century: Support and Protection Policy in the Face of Challenges and Threats."

So the solution is… finding another woman to take the risk instead?

Surrogacy is not eliminating the violence of pregnancy and childbirth. It is outsourcing it to another woman, usually one with less money and less power.

Your trauma does not create a right to rent someone else’s body and buy yourself a child.

Stop surrogacy.

La Déclaration des droits de l’homme et du citoyen elle-même repose sur une vision morale de l’être humain.

Le droit français n’a jamais été moralement neutre.

Notre République considère déjà que certaines choses ne peuvent pas devenir des marchés : le corps humain, les organes, les enfants.

Sinon, au nom du simple consentement, il faudrait tout autoriser.

La vraie question est donc : est-ce qu’une grossesse et un enfant peuvent devenir l’objet d’un contrat ?

Moi, je pense que non.

Et je pense que c’est précisément le rôle du droit de poser cette limite.
