@VFaraga rozumný plánování, transparentnost - veškerý thready k řešení problémů jsou public, jen minimum se řeší v dm. netejrat tým zbytečnejma sync meetingama. naučit se používat collab tools jako figma. naučit se pořádně se slackem. bylo by to na dlouho.

No-hello is a good rule, but don't forget to build relationships before you just tell people to do something or before you require something.

I'm using a string "Hello! How are you? (don't need anything, just checking)" to tell people that there's no action needed.

Every startup should incorporate the “no hello” rule internally.

We had this rule in Notion’s first internal communication guidelines. This may be one of the easiest ways to make Slack usage ten times better and have asynchronous communication that actually works. Share https://t.co/jEgHxKoZAP with your team and give it go.

@mustapipa Getting rid of racism and xenophobia means being mindful of these in everyday life and taking actions. As an immigrant, I'm not worried about government, but about xenophobia I've seen daily. Racist types in the government are the logical result of this long ignored issue.

@mustapipa Far right government is a symptom of a far right mindset in the society, it’s not the root cause of the problem. Bringing down a democraticaly voted government is an empty gesture and to me it looks like a desperate attempt to protect the finnish image of “the happiest country”.

@DariaGrudzien The best way to start with SLI/SLO is to go ahead and do it. Pick one service and define your SLI/SLO and practice displaying/using/tuning. If you get a disruption on that service, talk about it in the terms of EB burn,etc.. Practice the mindset and the tooling usage.

@DariaGrudzien I see what you mean and it makes me even more proud of my team that we could pull this off. It took us a year and a half and there are still some services that need SLOs set and tuned, but it's totally worth the effort.
