no phone concerts are very chic & i don't think it's 'inaccesible' considering they allow you to keep your phone out if you need it medically. you're all just big babies who want a good instagram story.
people who act like they can’t enjoy a concert unless they’re barricade and who also think a concert isn’t worth going to unless they’re barricade are weak and will not survive the winter
@MollyBellatrix I’m just not prepared to queue for ages, fight for a spot, not be able to piss and have to be up against super fans who are only there so that the artist notices them
Running this idea back, what're some of your favorite album covers? Any style, genre, etc, don't even have to like the album
Here are some of my favorites :D
@1bdguitarplayer They’re rare but absolute magic, has the bonus of getting rid of people who want to post about having been to a show more than they want to be at one
@kkurochim@bright3rrdays I hadn’t realised you were talking about kpop, I’ll admit I don’t know the scene so can’t really comment there. I’m very against camping, but my preferred solutions is supporting venues that have a hard stance on it and deny entry to those who camp.
@kkurochim@bright3rrdays Yeah, just buy a ticket for the seated section..? Seated all the way works for some music (when I saw Hanz Zimmer for example) but there’s no place for a seated pit in Rock and Metal.
@bright3rrdays I hard agree with you on the US merch options often being much better than European ones. Especially when it’s European bands that cater more towards their US audience 💔
@bright3rrdays That’s the issue, people were standing but couldn’t move because of the seating. I’m certainly pro having a seated option at gigs, if I have to travel far on the day, it’s often an option I go for, but having it in the pit just ruins the energy.
