We need to take action regarding "enforcement bans" It turns out this October there was the largest wave of false permanent bans in Rblx history. I believe we should raise awareness about this problem across all media platforms so that Roblox cannot ignot it

I can ensure everyone at Roblox HQ that the moderation system is suffering with ongoing issues. False bans connected to accounts people have no knowledge or access to is happening. Look at the logs for yourselves! We need true support! Not Ai support!

@RobloxSupport keeps telling me to appeal through Violations & Appeals, but my termination reason literally isn’t even available there. how am i supposed to appeal when there’s no option for my case? i keep getting sent in circles instead of getting actual help. please fix this.

I’ve been false banned for over 2 weeks now and I still cannot get in contact with a real human moderator, it’s so frustrating especially because I don’t recognize the “alt” I’m linked to and it’s impossible to get someone to review my appeals (user Mudrekt) @Roblox @Roblox_RTC

@MaximumADHD The Chat Evidence ID system needs to be fixed. A lot of messages can be taken out of context, and people can end up getting permanently banned over a single message when, at most, it should've been a 1–7 day ban.

So not only did Roblox’s awful AI moderation ban my brother’s account because they thought he was my “alt”.

They just now banned my poor little sister’s account for being linked to me, the only thing shared between us is our wifi. Beware of using the same WiFi as someone who is banned, or else you may be next.

@Roblox this is genuinely outrageous and needs to stop, my whole family is now falsely banned from Roblox and for 60 days I’ve had no support from a human.

it has been 55 days and their support REFUSES to give me a human response at all and has been met with the same AI responses.
they ignored my violations page appeal and ignored the rest of my email tickets
this should be illegal
