- Kushagra is an amazing guy (bullshit) he is very good person (again bullshit). He is the best guy who knows frontend in and out better than anyone I knows on this planet π
- If you donβt know he was in top 3 for CSS/JS for many years on github in India π
Okay, I am fed up of seeing the state of engineering in engineers these days. And so, I've decided to start my own Bootcamp - this time, I'll be building cracked Frontend Engineers!
The outline I'm thinking π

Comparing yourself to other people is very natural.
It's Human of us to compare and compete.
Early in business, this completely burnt me out. Severe insecurity. Couldn't get anything done.
What helped me is when I stopped comparing with others and started competing with myself.
Myself of yesterday
Myself of last year and so on..
Today I attribute most of my mental, physical, financial health success to this excise.
Finally had courage after 8 months to post my 9 month of suffering/learning/moving/breaking/relearning/hating/loving but be consistent in one video on youtube. Enjoy the suffering my friends it made me humble, hope it inspire few of you to keep hustling for your fitness goals.

@chinchang457 This small inner realisation is itself a very big reason. Unfortunately lot of people realise it very late in their life. Keep workout out bro and let me know if I can be of any help in your journey π
Lot of things can be changed if you just show up, you donβt need 6 days a week training 4 is enough π
Congratulations @adityafountane for breaking many of your PRβs π₯π₯
We're now in the 2nd half of 2023. And I did it!!
On Jan 1st this year I told myself like every year that I'm going to get in shape.
But I always used to give up.
I said enough. Not again this year!
And I've gone to the gym at least 4 times a week, giving my best every workout.
This is me lifting 265 pounds last week! It's 5x higher than where I stayed 6 months ago.
You still have 6 months before 2023 ends.
Make it count!
@BhavanChand I used to believe I canβt go on run just after my heavy leg workout, I ran 10Km just after coming home. Your body capabilities are amazing, you are just too easy on yourself π₯
Las year I thought I couldn't train MMA without carbs
So I went on a low carb diet and trained MMA for 30 days straight, everything was fine
I also thought, 24 hour fast is a difficult thing to do
So, I pushed myself and did multiple 72 hours fasts, it wasn't that hard
I also believed that one cannot do full body workouts 6 days a week and recover
So I did full body workouts everyday for 30 days and I recovered fine
I thought I could not workout for more than 2hr in the gym
So I did two workouts back to back and trained for 4 hours in a day and I was fine
Three weeks back I was of belief that I would hurt my joints from training my chest everyday with 40kg dumbbells
So I did Dumbbell chest presses everyday with 40kg dumbbells for 14 days straight
I started at 4 reps with shaking arms and now I could 10 reps with proper form
Looking back, most of my beliefs are just mental obstacles and are not real
Your mind gives up before your body does, push yourself and learn your true limits
