@LangmanVince If that was my kid I’d feel so embarrassed. Why is he doing this? Celebrating with something he knows he didn’t even earn, his parents did, and even more embarrassing for them if they didn’t earn it.

Hey @KrispyKreme, I’m new to SC and your 3651 Ladson Rd location, but I’m already done. I’ve faced a massive failure for weeks. Despite your app advertising Cinnamon Rolls as available daily, they are almost never in stock.
Yesterday, I saw them listed as available, so I placed a prepaid order for a 7a pickup. When I arrived, they weren't ready, and I was told they "hadn't made them yet." Then, I got a dismissive automated refund notice.
I’ve visited every morning between 6-8a, only to be told they "don't have them." I tried being patient, but nothing changed. I even started checking the app every single hour to ensure I wouldn't waste another trip.
