The level of corruption in America's federal agencies is wild and something needs to change 🇺🇸
You know how Elon paid that fine to the SEC over the "funding secured" $TSLA situation?
There was a big civil trial in San Francisco (the place Elon was most likely to lose) where the jury found Elon not guilty - unanimously
However, if Elon did not agree to pay a fine, Tesla would have gone bankrupt. Tesla's CFO said the banks would have immediately suspended their lines of credit and Tesla would not have survived this at the time
Effectively the SEC was saying, "pay $40M, or this is the end of Tesla" - a hostage negotiation
Not only was the SEC up in arms over a tweet from Elon (Elon to this day says the funding was indeed actually secured), but they have completely turned a blind eye to the hedge fund manipulation that actually harms retail investors
$TSLA has been shorted and distorted nonstop over the years, and not once has the SEC done anything about it
These massive companies can freely take short positions in $TSLA and then either themselves or through media (that's bought and paid for) run negative publicity campaigns with disinformation and lies about Tesla to drive the stock price down and cash out
Add derivatives to the mix, rinse and repeat
There are other questionable trading tactics used like spoofing, but we'll save that for another post. It's basically fake orders to manipulate a stock price
*The Justice Department did eventually investigate short sellers, but not the SEC. The Shortseller Enrichment Commission is a fitting name*
Why? Follow the money. The incentive structure is broken
The lawyers at the SEC are not paid well relative to what they could make practicing elsewhere. They often look for a "trophy" while at the SEC so they can parlay that accomplishment into a job at a high paying law firm
So why don't these lawyers go after the hedge funds?
The hedge funds often times employ these very lawyers. So, if they bring actions against the hedge funds, they are effectively harming their future career opportunities
In recent days we've learned it's not just the incentive structure, but now Biden has given federal agencies the green light to go after Elon (ht @BrendanCarrFCC)
The problem of regulatory capture in America is out of control and it needs to be exposed
Unfortunately the attacks on @elonmusk are going to keep coming with his ownership of 𝕏. It's the only free speech platform at scale and the corrupt players hate losing control over this platform
Support 𝕏 and Elon's companies where you can, the war runs far deeper than you may imagine. This only scratches the surface
Announcing the xAI PromptIDE
The xAI PromptIDE is an integrated development environment for prompt engineering and interpretability research.
It accelerates prompt engineering through an SDK that allows implementing complex prompting techniques and rich analytics that
visualize the network's outputs.
We originally created PromptIDE to accelerate our development of Grok. It has helped us iterate quickly over different prompts and prompting techniques.
We are now making the IDE available to members of our Grok early access program.

@EzerRatchaga Many are using this same story again and again. Looks like some made-up story.
The same story was posted for Vijay Malia in 2016.

Just so that the public understands:
Taking out a short position against Tesla, as Gates did, results in the highest return only if a company goes bankrupt!
Gates placed a massive bet on Tesla dying when our company was at one of its weakest moments several years ago. Such a big short position also drives the stock down for everyday investors.
To the best of my knowledge, Gates *still* has that massive bet against Tesla on the table. Someone should ask him if he does.
The lack of self-awareness and hypocrisy of Gates who had the nerve to ask me to donate to his mostly window-dressing environmental causes, while simultaneously aiming to make $500M from Tesla’s demise, boggles the mind … 🤯
@TommyThornton So, you waited to post this analysis until stock went up. It's just a coincidence, right. No misrepresentation, just genuine opinions 🤪🤪🤪
@garyblack00 Yes, sir, making it $50 will increase fsd trying folks, which will give more data.
My understanding shadow mode is for v12 to analyze its behavior vs how humans drive in a situation before its public. But to get to v12, it needs to have that intervention data from existing cars.
@simonateba@GovMLG Need to create one that should be superlatives of existing words from what is mentioned in messages. Existing words can't justify this behavior.
@DirtyTesLa Tesla might start all those changes in model 3 highland to Model Y simultaneously as the majority of parts are similar. Exterior design might need production lane changes. Tesla continious changed interior features right even today.
@garyblack00 Since ev is still evolving technology, may who prefer buying over leasing will have resale value as top priority.
1. Resale value
2. Reliability/availability of charging network
3. Range
4. Price
5. Brand
