Most small businesses don't waste money on marketing because marketing is hard.
They waste it because of 5โ6 small mistakes stacked on top of each other.
Here's what I keep seeing ๐
Fix these even partially and you'll get more out of whatever you're already spending.

Mistake #2: A website that silently kills your marketing.
You run an ad. Someone clicks. They land on a slow, confusing page.
They leave in 10 seconds.
Your ad spend? Gone.
A website has one job โ make it obvious what you do and easy to take the next step.
If it's not doing that, no budget will save you.
Mistake #8: The offer itself is the problem.
Sometimes the ads are decent. The website is fine. The follow-up is there.
And still nothing works.
Because the offer isn't compelling enough to make someone act.
Marketing brings people to your door. It can't make them buy something they don't want.
Mistake #1: Starting with tactics, not strategy.
They see a competitor running Reels โ they start Reels. They hear ads work โ they run ads.
But nobody asked:
๐Who is our customer?
๐What do they care about?
๐Where do they spend time?
Without answers, you're not marketing. You're guessing.
