Spriting Black Eggman has been attempted in the past. While the project was never finished due to the sheer size of the final boss, the front and back (brak?) rotations can give us an idea as to how the final product would have looked like.

Arid Canyon Zone's second act is filled with hidden and unused rooms. This is one of them: a cut route for Knuckles only.

zones.pk3's SOC_HEAD text lump stores map header info. What they also store, though, are notes for unfinished flickies! Red Volcano is planned have monkeys and iguanas, and the free-roaming NiGHTS stages will feature 3D Blast's colored birdies once complete.

Early behavior for the dust devils in Arid Canyon 1. They'd draw objects and enemies in before launching them at the player.
